Professional shortstop who was traded to the Miami Marlins during the 2019 Major League Baseball regular season. In 2017, he made an appearance as a member of the Great Britain national baseball team in the World Baseball Classic qualifiers.
He received his first career professional contract in July 2015 after signing with the Arizona Diamondbacks as an international free agent.
He made his Major League debut in September 2020 during a series against the Toronto Blue Jays.
His grandmother, Patricia Coakley, was a former shortstop on the Bahamian national softball team.
As a member of the Marlins during the 2020 MLB regular season, he was coached by Don Mattingly.
