He began his professional career with San Juan Jabloteh in 1996.
He played for Defence Force from 1998 to 2002, Dundee United from 2003 to 2005, then St. Johnstone from 2005 to 2007 before joining Swansea City.
He was born in Morvant, Trinidad and Tobago. He has daughters named Jacelle and Karia.
He played alongside Keon Daniel on the Trinidad and Tobago national team.
