She learned to read music when she was just seven years old. At age nineteen she was chosen to receive a free Master Class by their vocal coach Seth Rigg.
She started a reggae band called Jah Soldiers in 2006.
She and rapper Swizz Beatz have a daughter together.
She has worked with rapper Oxxxymiron on several of his projects.
