American football quarterback who enrolled with the University of Georgia in 2016, having graduated high school in December 2015 in order to take part in spring practice as a true freshman.
He originally committed to play for Georgia in July 2014, before the start of his junior year of high school. He proceeded to be named Junior of the Year by Rivals.com that season.
He was named Gatorade Football Player of the Year in 2015 and was ranked as the top pro-style quarterback in the country for the class of 2016.
His father, Tony Eason, played football at Notre Dame. His mother is named Christine.
He originally committed to play for Georgia while Mark Richt was coach and decided to keep his commitment after Richt was replaced by Kirby Smart after the 2015 season.
