Jack Leiter

Former starting pitcher that attended Vanderbilt University from 2020 to 2021. He received awards such as Gatorade Player of the Year, SEC Newcomer of the Year, and he was named a member of the 2021 College Baseball All-America Team.
He was drafted by the New York Yankees during the 20th round in 2019, however he chose to attend college instead.
On March 20, 2021, he pitched his first colligate no-hitter during his SEC debut against South Carolina. He recorded 16 strikeouts in the process.
He is a native of Summit, N.J. His father, Al Leiter, was a three-time World Series winning pitcher as a member of the Toronto Blue Jays and the Miami Marlins.
He is a Vanderbilt alum and pitcher just like David Price.
