Midfielder known for his play among various lower-division English clubs. He helped Preston North End earn promotion to the Football League Championship in 2015.
He initially came up with Swansea City in 2003, but did not make any appearances for the team.
In his career, he's played forward, midfield, and defense. Some of his most successful seasons came with Farnborough, where he scored 19 goals in 82 appearances.
He grew up in Oxford.
He and Joe Garner were teammates on Preston North End.
