She posted her song "Hot" on YouTube and then drove to Paris to spend time with her family. A week later, she was driving back and was stopped at immigration when the immigration agent's phone began ringing with her song "Hot" as the ringtone.
She won a NRJ Music Award, a MTV Europe Music Award, and a European Border Breakers Award.
Her family encouraged her singing career and both her mother and grandmother sang locally at parties and night clubs.
She collaborated with top artists such as Pitbull, Flo-Rida, Daddy Yankee, and Juan Magan.
