Fullback who is best remembered for his trademark touchdown dance, the "Ickey Shuffle." He had a standout 1988 season with the Cincinnati Bengals, making his only Pro Bowl and leading the AFC in rushing touchdowns.
He led the nation in rushing yards in his senior season at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
He owns and has been the head coach of the Cincinnati Sizzle in the Women's Football Alliance league.
He coached his ex-wife Chandra Baldwin-Woods on the Sizzle. He has two sons named Aubrey and Elbert.
He played in Super Bowl XXIII alongside Bengals quarterback Boomer Esiason.
