Before Fame

When his mother was a pregnant teenager, she ran away from the institute for the blind she was committed to. Hosea met his biological father in Florida when he was 28 years old.

Trivia

He continued King's work and founded Hosea Feed the Hungry and Homeless, which is one of the largest social services organizations.

Family Life

He had four sons and four daughters with his wife Juanity Terry. Their names were: Hosea L. Williams II, Andre Williams, Torrey Williams, Hyron Williams, Barbara Emerson, Elizabeth Omilami, Yolanda Favors, and Jaunita Collier.
