IFBB professional athlete whose known as a coach and personal trainer behind the moniker Hope Small Wonder.
She got into fitness in January 2009 at the age of 17 after being tired of getting picked on for being too skinny in high school.
An entrepreneur, she owns her own personal training and contest prep company called Team Smallwonder.
She was really skinny and unhealthy looking growing up and had an extremely hard time finding clothes that fit her well.
She and Ainsley Rodriguez are both bodybuilders who grew up too skinny and unhealthy looking and used fitness as a motivation to overcome that.
