Japanese guitarist best known as the lead guitarist of the rock band GLAY. He joined GLAY after his previous group, Ari, disbanded.
He bought his first guitar as a teenager, and is completely self-taught.
In 2012 he formed the side-project Ace of Spades.
He has an older brother.
In 2002 he featured on Hikaru Utada's song "Letters".
