One-half of the duo Pepsi & Shirlie who was also well known for being a singer/dancer with Wham! She was "Pepsi" in Pepsi & Shirlie.
Her career in music began in 1981.
She has done acting work, portraying activist and entertainer Josephine Baker in a production and appearing on stage in a production of the musical Hair.
She lived with husband James Crockett in Norwich, England before moving to St. Lucia. They operated a charter sailing business in the latter.
Her Pepsi & Shirlie partner was Shirlie Holliman.
