She honed her skills in fashion at the Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design.
Her design work has been placed on permanent display at museums all over the world, including the Museum of London and the Art Institute of Chicago.
She was born in Brighton, East Sussex.
Like artist Peter Gee, her work has been presented at the Victoria & Albert Museum.
