She is particularly known for being a pick-up artist, and being featured across online publications and British television. She has been the spokesperson for Match, one of the biggest online dating platforms in the world.
She graduated from the University College London with a dual degree in English and psychoanalysis. She began ghostwriting for various male pick-up artists, which led to a burgeoning interest in the psychology behind dating.
She has been a regular columnist for Cosmopolitan. She has also maintained her own eponymous YouTube channel, where she is known to post social experiments and How To videos. One of her most popular videos, "Blondes Vs. Brunette (Social Experiment)," has amassed more than 3 million total views since its April 3, 2015 posting.
She was born and raised in Cornwall, England.
She has appeared on the BBC1 reality competition series The Apprentice UK alongside the show's boss, Alan Sugar.
