Former NBA forward and twin brother of Horace Grant who became a coach after retirement.
He was selected 12th overall by Washington in the 1988 NBA Draft.
He was runner-up for the NBA Most Improved Player Award in 1991, while Orlando's Scott Skiles took the trophy.
He and his brother played together at Clemson University. His son Jerami was a second round pick of the Philadelphia 76ers in 2014 and his son Jerian starred as a guard for Notre Dame.
He played with the Washington Bullets alongside the great scorer Rasheed Wallace.
