Singer and multi-instrumentalist who is widely hailed as a master of several traditional Persian instruments, including the tanbour, oud and daf. He has released several acclaimed solo albums, such as Solo Passage (2006) and All Is Calm (2008).
He began learning to sing at age 7 and trained under several major Persian classical musicians.
He has contributed music to film projects like Dying of the Light (2014) and Jarhead 3: The Siege (2016).
He got married in 2017.
He and Babak Amini performed together on the song "Daame Degar."
