Center and power forward who signed with the Milwaukee Bucks after spending five years in Mexico and South America.
He played basketball at the UPAEP University in Puebla, and forewent playing in the U.S. to sign instead with the Mexican pro team Halcones UV Xalapa.
Playing center for the Mexican national team at the the FIBA Americas Championship 2007 he helped the team take 7th place.
He was born in Tepic, Nayarit, Mexico.
He came over to the Bucks along with J.J. Redick in exchange for two guards and a forward.
