Undrafted free agent of the Buffalo Bills in 2016 who signed with the organization to play fullback. He played his college ball at Kansas State University.
He redshirted his first year at Kansas State where he majored in marketing. In high school, he was a jack-of-all-trades player. He played offense and defense and also held punting and kickoff duties.
He consistently made the First team Academic All-Big 12 team while at Kansas State.
He is the youngest of the football playing Gronkowski brothers, Chris, Dan and all-pro tight end Rob Gronkowski.
He was brought into Buffalo to lead block for starting running back LeSean McCoy.
