Gerry Conway
Drummer
Folk, rock, and session musician who played with Jethro Tull in the 1980s and later joined Fairport Convention.
He played for Fotheringay and Eclection, as well as Steeleye Span, where he performed on their classic recording of "Dark-Eyed Sailor" for the 1970 album Hark! The Village Wait.
He worked with singer-songwriter Alun Davies on his solo album, Daydo.
His side project, Good Men in the Jungle, featured his daughter, Becky Moncurr.
He formed a longstanding collaborating relationship with Cat Stevens.
