Irish journalist best known as the host of The Right Hook, the first Irish radio show to be broadcast entirely via webcam. He is also a former rugby coach and pundit for the radio station Raidio Teilifis Eireann.
He ran his own catering company before coaching rugby teams like the London Irish.
He was in Haiti when the catastrophic earthquake of 2009 hit the country.
He married a woman named Ingrid and has children named Allison, Michelle and George.
He was a coach on the Gaelic football reality series Celebrity Bainisteoir, which was won by fellow Raidio Teilifis Eireann employee Marty Whelan.
