Center who has the distinction of playing for Samoa in the 1991 World Cup and New Zealand in the 1995 World Cup.
He first played at the Manukau club, then progressed to the Auckland B team in 1984.
He published an autobiography called Frank Confessions in 1998.
He is a direct descendant of King George III.
He and fly-half Aaron Cruden both competed in the Rugby World Cup as members of the All Blacks.
