Roman Emperor known as Theodosius I who was the last emperor to rule over both the eastern and western halves of the Roman Empire. He notably made Christianity the official religion of the Roman Empire.
He was a military commander during the 368 Great Conspiracy.
He banned the pagan rituals of the Olympics in Ancient Greece, a custom that did not return until 1896.
His son, Arcadius, became the Byzantine emperor from 395 to 408 AD.
Like him, Napoleon Bonaparte was a powerful emperor.
