Actress most well known for her portrayal of Maria Brown in her father Brendan O'Carroll's long running sitcom Mrs. Brown's Boys alongside her fellow family members: step mother Jennifer Gibney, brother Danny, and aunt Eilish.
One of her first jobs in the film business was a trainee on the 1999 film Agnes Browne.
Her other acting credits outside of Mrs. Brown's Boys and it's sequels include portraying Lucy in the 2014 mini-series The Widower.
She was born to her father's first wife, Doreen Dowdall, and raised with three brothers: Danny, Eric, and the deceased Brendan Jr. She married Martin Delany in 2006. Together they had four sons named Felix, Eli, Isaac, and Dexter.
She appeared alongside Gary Hollywood while working on Mrs. Brown's Boys.
