Mexican actress, singer and model who got her start in Mexican television before getting her big break in Hollywood in 2008, when she starred in the horror film The Eye. She has since gone on to appear in more American films, including The Burning Plain, Red Canvas and Drag Me to Hell.
As a teenager, she was a member of the band Frizzby, who performed for Pope John Paul II in her hometown of Mexico City. By age 18, she was modeling for brands like Apple and Pepsi.
She has fronted the folk and electronic duo White Cherries alongside producer Abie Toiber.
She married Kent Ross in 2005.
She co-starred with Jessica Alba in The Eye.
