His first Instagram post was in November 2014, and was a selfie right before his audition for The Voice.
He was a contestant on season two of The Voice Kids (Colombia), as are the other four members of his band.
He is the son of Ricardo Mendez and Gloria Argenis.
Melissa Anaya and Camilo Martinez were also contestants on The Voice Kids (Colombia).
