She was born to Debra Danielson and Michael Abraham. She has a sister named Ashley Danielson. Her daughter, Sophia Abraham, was born on February 12, 2009. Her boyfriend and Sophia's father, Derek Underwood, died in a car accident before Sophia was born. She had an on-again, off-again relationship with Simon Saran that began in 2015.
She was a guest on Dr. Phil McGraw's daytime talk show in 2013.
