Before competing on La Banda, he was studying sound and film editing.
Following his debut on La Banda, he began posting song covers and original music to his self-titled YouTube channel.
His grandfather was a well-known Puerto Rican guitarist, and his father was a singer. He has a sister named Bianca.
On the first season of La Banda, he competed against winner Christopher Vélez Muñoz.
