Defender who is their for his international club career, including for the Scottish Premiership Rangers and Portugal's Benfica B. In 2018, he signed with C.D. Santa Clara of Portugal's Liga.
He began his youth soccer career in 2003 with Agueda. He later switched to Benfica's youth academy, and made his professional debut with their senior team in 2012.
He has played throughout the Portuguese national team's youth system, including with the U-19 squad at the 2013 UEFA European U-19 Football Championship. He also played for the Portugal U-20 side at the 2014 Toulon Tournament.
He was originally born and raised in Águeda, Portugal.
He played alongside James Tavernier on defense for the Rangers of the Scottish Premiership.
