Argentine forward who won an MLS Cup with Real Salt Lake in 2009. He spent three years with Real Salt Lake then briefly played for the New York Red Bulls before joining DC United in 2014.
He began his professional career with the Argentine club Boca Juniors in 2005.
He was traded to the New York Red Bulls in December 2012 along with Jamison Olave in exchange for allocation money.
He had a son named Jayko with his wife Liza.
He played alongside French star Thierry Henry on the New York Red Bulls in 2012.
