He attended Texas State University-San Marcos where he got his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management. He then got his MBA from Baylor University.
He began working as the president of the Austin division of Texas MedBuild in January of 2013.
He and his childhood sweetheart Casey married at age of 23. He has an older daughter named Eliot McKenna Jones who was born thanks to fertility treatments and a sperm donor along with intrauterine insemination. His quint kids are named Brooklyn, Britton, Jack, Lila and Addison.
He is the father of quintuplets like Adam Busby.
