Equestrian who rose to fame as one half of the horseback riding vlogging duo Paardenpraat TV on YouTube, which covers a wide variety of equestrian subjects including competitions, care tips and event vlogs. de Ruiter and her partner Britt Decker have earned over 200,000 subscribers to their channel and de Ruiter has gathered over 70,000 followers on her Instagram.
She's lived in the Netherlands.
In 2016 she suffered a serious head injury after a fall during a jumping competition. She's suffered permanent damage that results in severe headaches, loss of control over the right side of her body and sensory disruption.
Her mother's name is Anita de Ruiter.
