Reality star known for her time as one of the titular characters on the Up TV reality series Bringing Up Bates. She first appeared on the show during its first season in 2015.
In 2014, she graduated with honors from Crown College of the Bible with a Bachelor's Degree in music ministry.
She gave birth to her son, Carson, in May 2015, between Seasons 1 and 2 of Bringing Up Bates. The 3rd episode of season 2 revolves around her taking care of Carson.
She was born to Gil and Kelly Jo Bates in Tennessee. She married her husband Chad in November 2013; they have a son named Charles Stephen and three daughters named Brooklyn, Everly and Holland. In August 2021, she revealed that she's pregnant with her fifth child.
She became close friends with Michelle Duggar, the star of 19 Kids & Counting.
