She started acting as a child in commercials for Pampers and Cadillac.
Also a voice over actress, she voiced the role of the Witch Doctor in the video game Diablo III and multiple characters in the short-lived animated series Dave the Barbarian.
She was born the youngest of four girls to a Tanzanian mother and American father.
She is the sister of actress Rachel Luttrell.
