Musician most their as a founding member of the popular California ska-pop band No Doubt. He has also worked as an animator on the iconic animated series The Simpsons.
He worked at Diary Queen while attending Loara High School in Anaheim, California.
He is the co-writer of one of No Doubt's biggest hits, "Don't Speak," for which he received a Grammy nomination for Song of the Year in 1998.
His younger sister is No Doubt singer Gwen Stefani.
He toured the world and experienced massive commercial success in the 1990's and 2000's alongside No Doubt bassist Tony Kanal.
