She collaborated with fellow YouTuber and singer Charlie Puth on the "Someone Like You" cover. The video won Perez Hilton's Top Cover Song of the Week when it was released.
She was born and raised in Woonsocket, Rhode Island. She has an older brother.
She went on to perform on The Ellen Show as a result of the widespread acclaim garnered from the "Someone Like You" video.
