Nationally qualified bikini competitor and personal trainer behind the brand Emily Duncan Fit. She has shared her fitness journey on her popular YouTube channel Em Dunc, which has more than 70,000 subscribers.
She grew up a dancer but it wasn't until an injury in high school that she discovered strength training through rehabilitation.
She gained fame after winning first place in the Collegiate Bikini C Class at the PC Kentucky Muscle.
She was born in Beavercreek, Ohio. She has also lived in Louisville, Kentucky. She was told by her dance instructor she would never have the body of a dancer, which sparked her interest in the professional training world.
She posted a video to YouTube with Robin Gallant in April 2016.
