Emil Jonsson

Cross-country skier who has earned more than a dozen World Cup victories in sprint events since 2008. He won the FIS Cross-Country Sprint World Cup in back-to-back years in 2010 and 2011.
He was raised in the small town of Storsjö, Sweden. In addition to skiing, he played soccer growing up.
He took home bronze in the sprint event as well as the team sprint at the 2014 Winter Olympics.
He has siblings named Tobias and Emma. He has dated fellow Olympic skier Anna Haag.
He and Frida Hansdotter both represented Sweden at the 2014 Winter Olympics.
