She first became well known for her role as Yasantwa in the 2007 action film The Condemned. To begin her professional acting career, she had guest roles in H2O: Just Add Water, The Starter Wife and Sea Patrol before landing another movie role in Don't Be Afraid of the Dark.
She was featured in commercials for Yamaha, BMW and Pantene. She was a student at The Actors Workshop in Brisbane.
She was born to a Ghanaian mother and Scottish father.
