Hall of Fame defensive end who terrorized offenses for the Houston Oilers from 1968 to 1983. He made 8 Pro Bowls and was a First Team All-Pro selection in 1975.
He set the state shot put record while at Trenton Central High School.
His #65 jersey was eventually retired by the Houston Oilers organization.
He has children named Lamont, Brittany, and Damon.
He was teammates with Andy Dorris on the Houston Oilers from 1977 to 1981.
