Professional pitcher that was drafted by the Tampa Bay Rays during the 13th round of the 2012 MLB Draft. He was acquired by the Miami Marlins via trade in February 2021. He was a member of the World Series-winning Los Angeles Dodgers team in 2020.
He began his professional career playing for the Hudson Valley Renegades of the New York-Penn League.
He made his major league debut pitching against the Los Angeles Angels on July 7, 2016 as a member of the Rays.
He is a native of Merced, California.
He played alongside Mookie Betts and Max Muncy as a member of the Dodgers during the shortened 2020 MLB season.
