Dr. Caroline Leaf

Cognitive neuroscientist who is known for specializing in metacognitive and cognitive neuropsychology. She focuses on the science of thought techniques and utilizes neuroplasticity of the brain to present changes in thinking and thought patterns to help cure and treat developmental disorders such as ADHD, Autism and Traumatic Brain Injury.
She studied at the University of Cape Town South Africa where she earned her bachelors of science degree. She then went on to earn her masters from the University of Pretoria South Africa and her doctorate in philosophiae from the university as well.
She has published several books and articles on her neuroplasticity work and has also gone on to record video lectures, podcasts, and a range of television and radio interviews on the subject as well.
She was born and raised in Harare, Zimbabwe.
She posted a picture with fellow doctor and religious instructor Tony Evans to her Instagram in June of 2018.
