Actress who made her Broadway debut in the 2007 production of In the Heights as a member of the ensemble. She also starred as Gloria Fajardo in the popular musical On Your Feet!
She was nominated for a 2007 Drama Desk Award for best ensemble performance for her work on In the Heights.
She was nominated for a 2016 Astaire Award for best ensemble performance in On Your Feet! She has appeared on various TV series, including Elementary and Smash.
She passed away suddenly in October 2020. She is survived by her husband Michael and her step-children.
She appeared alongside Lin-Manuel Miranda in the 2008 original Broadway production of In the Heights.
