Cartoonist
Popular cartoonist whose work appeared in Mad magazine from 1956 until 1988. Mad fans loved his work so much that the magazine named him "Mad's Maddest Artist."
He studied illustration at Newark School of Fine and Industrial Arts and graduated in 1951.
He won National Cartoonist Society Awards for Special Features in 1981 and 1982.
He was born in Paterson, New Jersey.
He illustrated the cover of the 1953 album Miles Davis and Horns.
