Dmitry Klokov

Weightlifter from Russia who took home the silver medal in the 105kg category at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing. He won the gold medal at the World Weightlifting Championships in 2005.
He was born in Balashikha and grew up with a weightlifting father.
He won the silver medal at two consecutive World Weightlifting Championships in 2010 and 2011.
His father is Heavyweight weightlifting champion Vyacheslav Klokov.
He and Oleg Perepetchenov are both their Russian weightlifters.
