Panamanian songwriter, music producer, and rapper best known for his controversial 2008 hit song, "Chucha Su Madre." He also released such popular tracks as "Vengo Caliente" and "Sinforoso."
At the age of fourteen, he was a founding member of a dance music group called The World Condition.
He recorded a popular and politically-themed 2009 album titled Los Locos Somos Mas.
He was born Ricardo Alexander O'Neil Weeks in Panama City, Panama. He fathered a son named Kevin Weeks.
President Ricardo Martinelli appointed DJ Black to the position of Panama's Minister of Culture.
