NHL Hall of Fame right winger who tallied 1,200 points during his professional career. He was known for his play in front of the net, deflecting pucks and screening goaltenders.
He played on the Jr. 'B' hockey team in his hometown of Sarnia at the age of 15.
His 608 career goals became the most scored by an NHL player who went undrafted.
He married Lynda Ciccarelli in 1988.
He and Phil Esposito are two Hall of Famers who grew up playing junior hockey with Sarnia's teams.
