Former Chilean-Argentinian soccer striker who finished his professional career with Club Universidad de Chile. He scored his 100th goal in a 2011 game against Universidad de Concepción during the Clausura Tournament.
He spent his youth soccer career with Club Atlético River Plate.
His teams won the Primera División in 2000, 2004 and 2011.
He married Paula Grassi in 2007. They have three sons.
Manuel Lanzini and Ángel Di María are two other pro soccer stars who grew up in Argentina.
