Dexter Pottinger

Activist best known for being Jamaica's Face of Pride. He was a stylist, fashion designer, and reality TV judge. He was found murdered in his home in August 2017.
He headed Pride Week in 2016, which was organized by the Jamaica Forum of Lesbians, All-Sexuals and Gays.
He directed music videos and worked with dancehall artists such Tifa and Ce'Cile.
It took time, but his mother and father eventually accepted him for who he is.
He and Jazz Jennings are both known for their involvement in LGBT activism.
