Australian-Turkish actor who gained fame for his 2010 film, Tomorrow, When the War Began. He also played Barachel in the 2014 film, I, Frankenstein and Aladdin in the ABC series Once Upon a Time from 2016-2017.
He began studying stage acting at the age of eight.
He earned an Inside Film Best Actor Award for his lead role in Tomorrow, When the War Began.
He was raised as an only child. His parents, Aysel and Atilla, moved from Turkey to the United States in 1987.
He was teammates with Nick Jonas in the 2008 Disney Channel original series, Games.
