He met Alexandre Ottoni in college. They created Jovem Nerd together in 2002. It gathered a mass following soon after their weekly podcast NerdCast began being released.

In 2008 he and Ottoni started the weekly web series NerdOffice.

He married Andreia Duboc (aka Portuguese) on July 9, 2009. His step-children are Alan and André.
